About Your New Role

This position is an ideal development opportunity for an existing Receptionist in real estate wanting to take the next career step into property management. Existing assistant property managers will also benefit from joining a highly successful and growing business. As an assistant property manager, you will be responsible for supporting senior property managers with the growth and development of our existing portfolios and various activities including:

• Tenant and landlord acquisition and relationship management

• Case managing maintenance requests

• Conducting open for inspections and managing tenancy applications

• Conducting incoming property and routine inspections and reporting

• General administrative and support tasks


Successful Candidates Should Demonstrate

• Strong communication and negotiation skills: additional language capability such as Vietnamese and Chinese are highly regarded but not essential

•  Immaculate presentation

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks on the go

• Outstanding relationship building and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft and technical ability to learn new systems quickly

• Flexibility to work Saturdays

• Current drivers license and a reliable car

• Hold a current Agents Representative certificate
