About Your New Role

This position is an ideal opportunity for members starting out in the real estate industry wanting stability and internal career growth. You will benefit from joining a highly successful and growing business that provides an abundance of training and support. As a receptionist you are the first contact to all visitors. With professional and friendly service being essential, you will be responsible for activities such as:

•  Answering and directing phone calls, emails and online enquiries

•  Schedule and manage appointments

•  Maintaining office presentation and greeting customers

•  General administrative and support tasks

•  Processing payments and receipting

•  General office duties including photocopying, scanning and filing


Successful Candidates Should Demonstrate

•  Approachable and friendly manner with excellent written and verbal communications skills: additional language capability such as Vietnamese and Chinese are highly regarded but not essential

•  Immaculate presentation

•  Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks

•  Pro-active, self motivated and punctual

•  Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•  Proficiency in Microsoft and technical ability to learn new systems quickly

•  Flexibility to work Saturdays

•  Agents Representative certificate or willing to obtain
